These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yieldly Chrome extension ("Service") provided by Sensa ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using Yieldly you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Yieldly for lawful personal or business purposes only. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@getyieldly.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may only use Yieldly on one device at a time. Logging in on a new device will automatically end your session on other devices.
Yieldly is offered under Free, Starter, Pro, and Advanced plans. Features available to you depend on your active plan. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice. Your current plan will not be downgraded without notice.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your payment information.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@getyieldly.com within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.
Yieldly provides calculations and estimates for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are your own. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from reliance on data or calculations provided by Yieldly.
Property data is extracted from public listing pages and may be inaccurate or outdated. Always verify data independently before making investment decisions.
Yieldly reads data from Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with these sites. We are not responsible for changes to their websites that may affect the functionality of Yieldly. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms of service.
We strive to keep Yieldly available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that calculated metrics will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our election.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms here with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
