Yieldly ("we", "our", or "us") is a Chrome browser extension developed by Sensa. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Yieldly, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Account information — email address and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Usage data — your license plan and feature usage counters stored locally on your device.
• Property data — extracted from real estate listing pages you visit. This data is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Saved analyses — analyses you explicitly save are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.
• Feedback submissions — if you submit a bug report or feature request, we collect the content of your message and your email address (if provided).

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not track your browsing history.
• We do not collect or transmit property data you view to our servers.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.
• We do not store payment details — billing is handled entirely by our payment processor.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and verify your license plan.
• To enforce plan limits and feature access.
• To respond to support requests and feedback you submit.
• To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account credentials and license data are stored securely using Supabase, a hosted backend platform with row-level security and encrypted storage. Property analyses and settings are stored locally on your device using the Chrome storage.local API and never leave your browser unless you explicitly export them.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS for all network communication and hashed password storage.

5. Third-Party Services

Yieldly uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and license management. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Real estate listing sites (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com) — the extension reads publicly visible data from pages you navigate to. We are not affiliated with these sites.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Local browser data (saved analyses, settings) can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser's local storage.

7. Children's Privacy

Yieldly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Yieldly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
